Only here u have to change handler setting in opera-mini4.2 handler and opera5b2 handler...Put following address in handler menu of opera

U have done all d required setting...Initialize it...Surf any page when u will go to download page there are two option(if u r using signed version)
1)save
2)open
now click on save u will see file is downloading..as well as you can browse freely in mobile Opera
