Nokia announces N8, first Symbian^3 Operating system Mobile



Nokia has put an end to the long lasting confusion about the launch of N8 today. It has announced N8 officially today which will hit the market in the 3rd quarter of 2010. N8 will feature Symbian^3 by which N8 will become the first mobile to feature Symbian^3 Operating system. It also comes with a 12 MP camera which is the highest pixel value phone launched by Nokia ever. This also features Carl Zeiss optics and a xenon flash.

With all these pride there is one more to add in the list which is nothing but the Nokia N8 is the first GSM mobile to feature a mini-HDMI port. N8 comes with an in-built memory of 16 GB which can be expandable up to 32GB using micro SD card slot. It is possible to capture videos at the rate of 720p per second. Nokia N8 supports both quad-band GSM/EDGE and five bands in 3G which are 850/900/1700/1900/2100.

Other than this Nokia N8 is provided with the following features Wi-Fi b/g/n, FM, USB Port Bluetooth 2.1 and GPS.
